(1) Vendor needs to provide health advocate training service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Develop and implement a training program that supports health advocates to better work with people with developmental disabilities.– This data should be used alongside the research they complete to continuously improve and expand the training throughout the length of the grant. – The training should have an accompanying toolkit which can be made available to others looking to replicate this training.– The tools and skills researched by the prospective grantee.– A scenario–based training component.– Create an accompanying toolkit for training delivery.– Training to help medical advocates better support people(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
