(1) Vendor needs to provide roadway management, geo stabilization solutions, related products and services.– Roadway Management Servicesa. Roadway Inspection and Reportingi. Perform visual roadway inspections.ii. Identify roadway deficiencies, pavement distress, drainage issues, shoulder erosion, and safety concerns.iii. Document conditions through photographs, GPS locations, and field reports.iv. Real–time data collection – Passively gathering road quality data via hardware of smartphone sensors mounted on County fleet vehicles (e.g., police cars or garbage trucks, etc.).v. Provide maintenance recommendations for County review and approval.– Roadway Asset Inventory Supporti. Collect and update roadway asset information.ii. Assist with roadway condition tracking and maintenance records.iii. Provide GIS–compatible data and inventory updates as requested by the County.iv. Predictive Analytics – Utilizing AI and historical data to forecast road deterioration and determine the optimal time for preventative maintenance.– Routine and Preventive Maintenancei. Shoulder maintenance and repair.ii. Vegetation management and right–of–way clearing.iii. Drainage ditch cleaning and maintenance.iv. Culvert cleaning and debris removal.– Geo Stabilization and Erosion Control Services– The Proposer shall furnish labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform geo stabilization and erosion control measures approved by the County.– Services may include, but not limited to:• Installation of erosion control products • Placement of riprap and rock armoring • Installation of geotextiles and geogrid materials • Slope protection measures • Sediment and erosion control measures • Drainage control and improvement implementation(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026
