Det skal etableres nytt ventilasjonsanlegg og luktreduksjonsanlegg for fjellanlegget på Høvringen renseanlegg. Nytt ventilasjonsanlegg og luktreduksjonsanlegg skal plasseres i egen fjellhall i renseanlegget. Entreprisen er en del av det større prosjektet HØRA, implementering av sekundærrensing. Arbeidene skal gjennomføres som en totalentreprise etter NS8407. Entreprisen inneholder også arbeid med etablering av nye ventilasjonskanaler, flytting av eksisterende kanaler samt noe arbeid med sanitæranlegg.
