DRA-11064 - USA (Santa Clara, California) - Stadium Economic Impact Analysis Service - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide stadium economic impact analysis service to the government authority located in Santa Clara, CA.   – A comprehensive economic impact analysis to evaluate the financial, fiscal, and economic impacts associated with the operations, events, and activities occurring.– Consultant shall propose a transparent, defensible, and replicable analytical framework that evaluates the principal financial, fiscal, and economic impacts associated with stadium activities during the required analysis periods and events.– Consultant shall maintain a comprehensive inventory of all data sources used in the analysis and shall document the source, reporting period, reliability, and intended analytical use of each dataset.– To the extent possible, Consultant shall collect, review, validate, and analyze relevant financial, operational, contractual, and economic information necessary to complete the analysis.   – Consultant shall identify and document any material data limitations, assumptions, constraints, or methodological considerations affecting the analysis.– A compiled inventory of data collected and reviewed during the project, including data sources, reporting periods, and a description of each dataset used in the analysis.– Event schedules, attendance figures, ticket sales, and other available event metrics.– Financial and fiscal impact analysis.– Economic impact analysis.  (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for three years.
