EXTRA-77823 - USA (Longview, Washington) - Environmental Consulting, Engineering, Remediation, and Redevelopment Services - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consulting, engineering, remediation, and redevelopment services to the government authority located in Longview, WA.– Assist the Port in project strategy review.– Field oversight, as needed, during remedial investigation activities, which may include collecting and analyzing duplicate samples, site inspections during cleanup implementation, etc.– Review of Technical documents and provide recommendations.– Project management and communications.– Internal project communications to discuss site findings, project strategies and progress.– Develop recommendations for data gaps analysis, mitigation measures, and remedial actions as needed.– Assist the port in cost estimations, schedule development, bid specifications, contractor selection, and construction management.– Redevelopment support may include site due diligence, environmental assessments, redevelopment feasibility reviews, permitting support, environmental liability evaluations, agency coordination, and integration of remedial actions with future development objectives.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
