(1) Vendor needs to provide compliance audit services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.– Determine whether costs billed and paid to contractors, subcontractors, and vendors align with contract terms, approved change orders, and work actually performed or materials actually furnished and installed.– Identify and, where possible, quantify factual indicators of potential fraud, waste, or abuse, and instances of non–compliance with contract terms, City policy, and applicable federal requirements, supported by documented evidence.– Evaluate the integrity, reasonableness, and approval process of change orders issued throughout the Project.– Verify that materials, systems, and workmanship installed conform to contract specifications, approved submittals, and applicable codes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
