EQU-20353 - USA (Memphis, Tennessee) - AV Upgrade Service - Deadline November 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide AV upgrade service to the government authority located in Memphis, TN. – The vendor must provide a turnkey audiovisual system refresh, including system design, equipment, installation, programming, configuration, testing, commissioning, documentation, and operator training. Any respondent must have the requisite certifications and provide that they are an authorized installer and maintenance provider.– The vendor must provide a 4K network–based video distribution system supporting 4K60 4:4:4 video, dual–stream encoding, four audience displays, two Commission–member displays, and fifteen individual desk monitors.– The vendor must provide two independent wireless presentation systems supporting the County’s private and guest networks, including QR–code guest access without requiring connection to the private network.– The vendor must provide a centralized digital audio processing system and integrate the existing Televic microphones and speakers to improve audio routing, voice lift, echo cancellation, speech clarity, and intelligibility.– The vendor must provide a centralized audiovisual control system with current–generation processors and touchscreen controls at the front control table, rear control position, and designated wall locations.– The vendor must relocate and configure the audiovisual equipment rack in the green room, including a lockable and ventilated rack, professional AV network switches, cabling, surge protection, voltage management, equipment labeling, and mounting hardware.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
