(1) Vendor needs to provide helicopter pilot training services to the government authority located in Minnesota.• Ground school instruction• Pre– and post–flight instruction• Helicopter instrument flight instruction• Helicopter visual reference flight instruction• All additional training required for solo and dual check rides• Solo flight time in the helicopter sufficient to meet the minimum requirements for a check ride, including a check ride examiner• Dual flight time in the helicopter sufficient to meet the minimum requirements for a check ride, including a check ride examiner(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
