(1) Vendor needs to provide three–part small business social media series and influencer service.– The series should be merchant–voiced and authentic.• Pre–Production • Developing a creative treatment for the series, including: – Overall series arc – Per–episode concept – Visual approach – Interview approach – Developing interview questions and submitting them to agency for review. • Production– Up to three shoot days within the approved production window. – Filming approximately 3–5 business owners, with a minimum of one primary business owner featured in each episode. – Gathering approximately 3–6 short customer or community member soundbites to be used as supporting material. • Post–Production – Three finished social media videos – Runtime of approximately 60–90 seconds per video – Primary format: 9:16 vertical – Burned–in captions on all finished videos – Separate .SRT caption files for each video – Color correction and audio mixing
