(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical repairs and services to the government authority located in Lebanon, TN.– Provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the work, which includes ladders, scaffolds, lifts, etc.– Electrical gear:– Inspections and assessments.– Cleaning and updating existing gear.– Procurement, replacements, modifications, installation, etc.– Wire or raceway systems:– Procure and install new raceways, including hangers, supports, anchors, labels, etc.– Lighting protection and grounding systems:– Perform inspections, testing and assessments.– Procurement, replacements, modifications, installation, etc.– Lighting Systems:– Perform inspections, testing and assessments.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
