(1) Vendor needs to provide ballots printing and processing service to the government authority located in MN.• The Agency is requesting services for the designing, printing, mailing, processing, and tabulation of ballots for Promotion Council Elections. – Printing method/s: Offset printing (lithography) or digital printing– Paper: 20 lb. recycled bond. Color: White, except for Beef, Corn, and Soybean councils: each of those three will have a different color of paper (pastel colors) for ballots only.– Paper size: The size of each ballot is generally 8–1/2“ x 11“. Occasionally a ballot may need to be 8–1/2“ x 14“ when there are more than the usual number of candidates.– Ink: One color black soy–based ink or digital printing toner/ink.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
