SDTF No. TF C7573-KG: The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic's “Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing” project, financed by the World Bank, announces a competition for the following vacant position: Training of Healthcare Quality Consultant Date of publication: 29-06-2026 Deadline for applications: 13-07-2026 As part of the implementation of the Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing Project, financed by the World Bank, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition for the following vacant position: Training of Healthcare Quality Consultant Qualification Requirements: Higher medical education in the field of “General Medicine”/“Pediatrics”/“Public Health” or another relevant specialty (verified by a copy of the diploma) ; At least 10 years of work experience in PHC organizations, territorial hospitals, or other public health organizations (verified by a CV, a copy of the employment record book, or contracts) ; Experience in organizing and conducting training events (verified by a CV, a copy of the employment record book, or contracts) ; Experience in developing, planning, and monitoring activities within the health system. Experience in preparing analytical reports with recommendations (verified by a CV, a copy of the employment record book, or contracts) ; Experience of working with the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, including the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute of Postgraduate Education, and other stakeholders, as well as experience of participating in projects funded by the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and other development partners ; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) at a advanced user level is a mandatory .
