EXTRA-76734 - USA (Hartford, Connecticut) - Homeless to Housing Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide homeless to housing services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT. – The program should include staffing structures and/or community partnership service teams, that allow for the delivery of services to the consumer through their continuum of needs from unsheltered or sheltered homelessness to stable, safe, permanent housing.– Coordination with outreach and engagement teams for canvassing;– Tracking all contacts with consumers– Connection and collaboration with employment and/or Social Security benefits– Coordinate services and benefits by providing consumers with referrals, encouraging and supporting use of community services, and providing education on how to access and utilize available services to function independently– Assist with housing location and lease negotiation(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(5) A letter of intent must be submitted no later than October 08, 2026.
