(1) Vendor needs to provide process server services to the government authority located in Racine, WI. – Provide process server shall daily pick up and drop off process from the following locations during normal working hours.– Process server must make an honest and diligent effort to locate and serve papers on all defendants, respondents or witnesses. – Process server serving the papers must handle all items properly and professionally and must fully understand that all papers served are confidential.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
