(1) Vendor needs to provide commonwealth wastewater infrastructure needs assessment and clean watersheds needs survey data collection, analysis and reporting services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.• Collect, review, validate, and analyze technical data and needs data across all applicable needs categories, including wastewater infrastructure, stormwater infrastructure, nonpoint source controls, and decentralized wastewater treatment facilities.b. Collect, review, validate, annotate, and submit designated documents, and complete all components of agency• Develop a plan for surveying and collecting designated documents, technical data, and needs data from all relevant facilities and sources• Track submission status and maintain a detailed log of responses, pending items, and follow–up actions needed from facilities or data providers.• Conduct debriefing sessions with agency to review project outcomes, challenges encountered, and opportunities for process improvement.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
