Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: - dostarczenie Systemu obsługującego Taryfę Odległościową w Krakowie, - świadczenie usługi Operatora Sprzedaży na potrzeby aplikacji mKraków - kompleksowa obsługa zakupów biletów KMK (bilety do kasowania, bilety odległościowe) realizowanych poprzez aplikację mKraków (interakcja z Systemami obsługującymi sprzedaż ww. biletów, księgowanie, sprzedaż, reklamacje, raporty), - udzielenie licencji na poszczególne elementy zamówienia, - utrzymanie Systemu TO, - świadczenie usług Operatora Sprzedaży, - opcja na przedłużenie utrzymania Systemu TO o maksymalnie 1 rok (12 miesięcy), - opcja na przedłużenie świadczenia usługi Operatora Sprzedaży o maksymalnie 1 rok (12 miesięcy).
