Vendor needs to provide street lighting LED conversion and network controls services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.• Convert all city non–LED streetlights to LED.• Targeted infrastructure stabilization repairs as needed. Repair needs are expected to be determined during the investment grade audit. The extent of repairs will be dependent on the energy savings and payback period.• Deployment of a secure, scalable lighting management system (LMS) that enables remote monitoring, control, and diagnostics.• Reconciliation of asset inventory with city’s existing asset inventory.• Training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure self–sufficient city operations.• Support for negotiations of current rate structures and reporting, both metered and tariffed, with energy services providers as well as internally, as a result of reduced power consumption.• Achieving measurable reductions in energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
