(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational staffing needs assessment service to the government authority located in Missoula, MT. – A comprehensive evaluation of the department’s organizational structure, staffing levels, reporting relationships, and job descriptions.– Consultants are encouraged to recommend additional analyses, engagement strategies, or work products they believe are necessary to achieve the project objectives.– Review job descriptions, reporting relationships, spans of control, position counts full–time andvariable, seasonal, workload distribution, and division responsibilities.– A qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and deliver coordinated, sequenced recommendations to inform future structural, staffing, and job description decisions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
