(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design and engineering services to the government authority located in Iowa City, IA.• Overall project management and coordination related to project progress, regularly–scheduled project meetings, schedule and budget.• Conduct a kick–off meeting with City Staff.• Review available information provided by the City• Project team meetings (City and Consultant staff) and field visits as necessary•Design work includes, but is not limited to, anchor bolt replacement, barrier cable repairs, concrete crack repairs, concrete grinding, door rehabilitation or replacement, drip edge sealant, electrical work, elevator maintenance, epoxy filler, epoxy injection, expansion joint repair.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
