(1) Vendor needs to provide drug evaluation and classification program services to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN.• The program coordinator will conduct ARIDE, SFST, and DRE courses to train law enforcement officers to observe, identify, and articulate the signs of impairment related to drugs, alcohol, or a combination of both in order to reduce the number of impaired driving incidents, incapacitating injuries, and fatal crashes.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 30, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
