Project Location: Seven Intersections in City of Seattle: Airport Way South & South Royal Brougham Way, Rainier Avenue South & South Weller Street, University Way Northeast & Northeast 47th Street, University Way Northeast and Northeast 50th Street, 3rd Avenue & Seneca Street, 4th Avenue & Columbia Street, University Way Northeast & Northeast Campus Eastbound Parkway
