(1) Vendor needs to provide park renovation services to the government authority located in IL.– Provide demolition of existing site features including asphalt paths, concrete, playground surfacing and equipment, and restroom building.– Project will include the construction of new paths, playground, site furniture, parking, restroom building, sport court surfacing, fencing, landscape, and utility improvements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 8, 2026.
