(1) Vendor needs to provide industry–informed workforce development program service to the government authority located in Roseland, NJ.• Provide hands–on, industry–informed WFD programming and pathways that serve the full spectrum of learners, which includes students at the high–school, statecollege, and university levels, as well as veterans, career changers, and foreign–speaking populations.• Strengthen Florida’s semiconductor talent pipeline by increasing recruitment,enrollment, retention and completion in new and existing education and trainingprograms that prepare learners for high–demand semiconductor and semiconductor–adjacent careers aligned with current industry needs.• Enhance enrollment and recruitment e􀆯orts that increase participation among highschool students, adult learners, veteran’s incumbent workers or career changers insemiconductor related education and training programs, particularly in countieswith limited awareness or access to semiconductor career opportunities.• Foster 2+2 articulation agreements that will create seamless education pathwaysthrough new or expanded articulation agreements, dual enrollment opportunities,or transfer agreements that reduce barriers for students progressing fromassociate’s degrees through bachelor’s degrees and beyond.• Industry–Informed Curriculum and Programming: Programs where industryserves as a genuine co–designer and end–user validator, not merely an advisoryvoice. Priority is given to proposals documenting how industry input shapes• curriculum content, assessment criteria, equipment selection, and studentoutcomes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
