(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide strategic communications and media relations consultant services. – Help translate the results of this work into compelling, accurate and newsworthy stories for statewide and regional media audiences.– will develop and execute a proactive statewide and regional media relations strategy focused on Travel investments, communities and overall economic value of tourism– Develop a media strategy identifying priority storylines, target reporters and outlets (statewide and regional) and a pitching cadence that creates a drumbeat of value of tourism stories throughout the year, in alignment with travel investment cycles– Translate tourism investments into clear, media–ready narratives and story angles that illustrate the economic and community value of tourism– Proactively pitch stories to statewide and regional print, broadcast, digital and trade media, including tentpole PR moments such as release of the annual economic impact report, announcement of competitive grants and other major agency or industry announcements– Track and report media coverage and outcomes, including reach, sentiment and key message pickup.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.
