Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Waukegan, IL.– Requires janitorial services in various facilities– Janitorial services are required to maintain the safety, health, and performance of individuals within these facilities. – Must provide/perform – Five Days a Week (after normal work hours on Monday, thru Friday)– All restrooms will be thoroughly cleaned, including all walls, floors, toilets, and other fixtures– Extra rolls of toilet paper must be available in each stall daily– Must furnish and replace in a timely manner, an adequate number of consumables (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, cloth towels for drying hands, and hand soap).– Must mop all floors utilizing a floor cleaning solution and rinse with clean water to avoid streaking– Must remove wastepaper and other waste items from the facility each day and place waste in the trash receptacles provided by the State.– Must clean all entryway glass (To include public and employee entrances) inside and outside, as needed, but no less than twice weekly.
