(1) Vendor needs to provide website hosting, maintenance and marketing plan services.– A one–page branded landing page with program overview, info–session dates, a registration form and partner logos.– Hosting and maintenance: security updates, uptime monitoring, and up to 4 hours a month of content updates.– The full site: – Pages: About, Bootcamps and schedule, Credentials and Certificate, Info sessions (with registration), How to enroll, Partners, Success stories and Contact.– Agency acknowledgment language throughout.– Channels: at minimum, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google search, local radio including community and Black–owned stations, and regional print or digital news. – Rural reach: at least 40% of each campaign's paid media reaches the rural counties outside the Albany metro area.– Social media: a monthly organic social calendar for and partner accounts.– Six short participant or partner success stories over two years, each a 60–90 second video with a written profile. All require signed release forms.– Event photography for at least two info sessions.– Brand kit: logo lockup, color and type guide, and photo style.– Templates: flyers, social posts, email headers, slides and event signage.
