(1) Vendor needs to provide library courier services to the government authority located in Waynesboro, VA. – Provide courier services between their respective libraries for the purpose of picking up and delivering books on loan to and from each location on specified days and times.– To ensure all locations are covered, courier will make a mandatory base circuit, five days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, except holidays and closings to specified location.– Courier shall be responsible for ensuring back–up services so that all days are covered.– Courier service shall begin as soon as a contract is signed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
