Washington State Social Prescribing Program

This contract is to provide a healthcare-integrated model for social prescribing that connects healthcare providers, patients, and arts & cultural organizations. The Washington State Arts Commission requires a vendor with in-depth knowledge and experienced facilitation between state-government agencies, healthcare providers and arts organizations to launch a statewide social prescribing program.
