CLEANING-13652 - USA (Corpus Christi, Texas) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Corpus Christi, TX. – Provide Janitorial services will be delivered Monday – Friday, from 5:30 PM until no later than 11:30 PM.– Janitor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to perform non–personal janitorial services.• Sweep and mop both stairwells, sidewalls, and underneath the stairwells.• Clear all cobwebs from underneath the stairs.• Wipe down tile walls to remove water streaks and residue.• Dust all cabinets, files, chairs, chair rails, paneling, sills, trim, and baseboards• Remove high cobwebs from all entry doors.• Remove high cobwebs from entry areas in Lobby.• Restroom partitions will be washed with non–corrosive disinfectant solution.• Sweep/dust hard surface floors and then wet mop all hard surface floors.• Spot clean woodwork, doors, light switches, and walls to remove smudges and fingerprints.• Spot–clean all glass doors, glass walls and sidelights, partition glass, and glass furniture as needed.• Sweep all exterior entrances and vacuum entrance mats.• Clean and polish drinking fountains.• Mop floors in Main Lobby.• Clean and sanitize all restrooms.• Refill soap, towel, and tissue containers, and holders.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
