CLEANING-13503 - USA (South Hill, Virginia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in South Hill, VA. – The Contractor shall clean all vertical surfaces with an appropriate cleaning solution, so they are free of apparent marks and smudges after spot cleaning.– Sweep and vacuum all floors free of dirt and other litter, then mop to ensure there is no dust, dirt, spills, spots, or streaks.– Carpeting shall be free of noticeable spots after spot cleaning. – Glass entrance doors and door window clean.– Toilets, showers sink, fixtures, pipes, connections and mirrors Clean and disinfect.– Spot clean and sanitize handle.– Sweep outside entrance areas and all stairwells.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
