CLEANING-13101 - USA (Lafayette, Louisiana) - Summer Turn Apartment Cleaning Service - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide summer turn apartment cleaning service to the government authority located in Lafayette, LA.                             – A third–party vendor to do a thorough cleaning of all vacant apartments located on campus.– The Office of University Housing has two apartment complexes, Legacy Park.– To thoroughly clean/sanitize the entire apartment.– Areas include, but not limited to, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), living room, kitchen, balcony, any/all university furniture/appliances, flat surfaces, etc.– Cleaning (chemicals) should be of Residential quality.– Cleaning staff will have to sign out card/key access to specific buildings and will be responsible for keeping track of it while in their possession.(2) The contract period will be one year.
