(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.• To provide counsel and advice to the Board of Commissioners, President/CEO and members of the senior staff regarding current and/or future operations of the agency.• To provide comprehensive legal advice to ensure absolute adherenceto federal and state law and applicable regulations.• To assist in negotiations with other government or private sectorentities regarding plans or programs• Prepare agreements or contracts or other legal instruments toaccommodate the requirements• To advise and assist the agency in the acquisition or disposition of land or real property including but not limited to reviewing and/or drafting letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, purchase and sale agreements and any and all closing documentation.• To advise and assist the agency in all matters related to the federal agencyprogram.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 17, 2026.
