(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental transportation safety action plan service to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA. – Provide develop a supplemental transportation safety action plan for downtown.– Develop a sub–area high injury network, conduct road safety audits on the five most dangerous corridors, and identify high impact safety countermeasures with preliminary scopes and cost estimates, positioning and the city to be shovel–ready for implementation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
