DES-2615 - USA (Lakewood, Colorado) - Secure Document Shredding Services - Deadline June 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide secure document shredding services to the government authority located in Lakewood, CO.– Provide and maintain locked, secure 64–gallon bins and console cabinets, or equivalents, for confidential documents– Physical collection of materials on a regularly scheduled basis, every four weeks preferred– Off–site shredding required– Certificate(s) of destruction required upon completion– Any changes to schedule must be communicated to the city at least five days prior to the scheduled pick–up.– Company must provide the city contact with a courtesy call 30 to 60 minutes prior to arrival– Minimal but reasonable restrictions on materials for shredding are required– Restriction to non–shredding trucks as it limits what can be put in the consoles/bins.– Main campus buildings must all be serviced on the same day, preferably all satellite locations as well.– Occasional pick up of boxed material and full bins as requested by the city.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
