(1) Vendor needs to provide IT staff augmentation service to the government authority located in Arvada, CO. – Provide on–call professional IT staff augmentation services across various technology labor categories to support city departments.– Application Administrator:• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise applications across multiple environments.• Manage user access, roles, and permissions in accordance with security policies. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, coordinating with vendors as needed.– Web System Administrator:• Administer and maintain web servers, hosting environments, and web applications.• Configure and manage domains, DNS, and SSL/TLS certificates.• Monitor website performance, uptime, and security, implementing improvements as Needed.– Business Intelligence (BI) Developer:• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.• Leverage ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple sources.• Develop and optimize data models, data marts, and warehouse structures.– Cybersecurity Analyst:• Investigate and respond to security incidents, including containment and remediation.• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation efforts.• Analyze threat intelligence to identify emerging risks and attack patterns.– Database Administrator:• Install, configure, and maintain database management systems (DBMS).• Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning and indexing.• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.• Implement and enforce database security, access controls, and data protection measures.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
