(1) Vendor needs to provide architect and engineering services to the government authority located in Vienna, OH. 1. Kitchen serving area:– Replacing and reconfiguring the stationery serving equipment.– Reconfiguring associated electrical and plumbing systems.– Replace existing drop ceiling system, light fixtures.– Redesign the soffit above the serving line to support the new layout.– Remove and relocate existing interior wall that separates the kitchen and dining area to area including embedded electrical, plumbing, and door assemblies.– Resurfacing or replacement of kitchen and serving–area floors.2. Dining area:– Removing wallpaper.– Painting all walls– Removal of column covers and removal/replacement of existing electrical drops.– Removal of all existing flooring and cove base and installing new LVT flooring.– Replacement of all dining–area light fixtures with dimmable LED recessed cans.– Construct new interior wall to separate dining and kitchen serving area.– Demo existing walls in storage area and replace to create more storage area.– Stairwell to lower level to be removed and infilled.
