EDUCATION-17832 - USA (Elizabeth, West Virginia) - Visually Impaired Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide visually impaired services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, WV.– Provide in person direct instruction as per student’s Individual Education Program (IEP). Conduct initial and triennial vision assessments.– Collaborate with teacher to complete program required assessments, general education teachers, parents, Schools for the Deaf and the Blind outreach services.– Participate in IEP meetings and ensure all services adhere to federal regulations. Serve an estimated caseload of 10 students across 3 school sites.– Submit all county required documentation as assigned.– Utilize the county assigned documentation of services program(2) Contact term will be for one year.
