(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search consultation services to the government authority located in Deep River, CT.• Provide advice and assistance to the Boards in the overall search, including the candidate interview process.• Assist the Boards in conducting a nationwide search that generates a diversified pool of highly qualified candidates.• Recommend a search process that includes input from all stakeholder groups – teachers, administrators, parents, students, Boards and community members.• Assist the Boards in developing an appropriate compensation package.• Advertise nationally and statewide; identify and solicit applications from superior candidates nationwide• Communicate with and manage candidates’ expectations; coordinate and facilitate the interview process.• Evaluate and rank qualified applicants in accordance with the criteria developed.• Conduct reference and background checks on all interviewees, as required, including extension reference checks on three to six finalists.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026.
