City of Stuart Reverse Osmosis Concentrate Pipeline Prj.

The City of Stuart Utilities & Engineering Department would like to request an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the City of Stuart Reverse Osmosis Concentrate Pipeline Project. We would like to solicit qualified underground utility & excavation contractors to submit bid proposals for construction of the City of Stuart Reverse Osmosis Concentrate Pipeline Project. The project consists of erosion control, installation of 12-inch HDPE concentrate main, 2-inch HDPE fiber optic conduit via horizontal direction drill (HDD) and open trench, installation of fiber optic pull boxes, installation of all valves, manual air release valves and appurtenances necessary, asphalt roadway removal and replacement including pavement markings, concrete removal and replacement, decorative crosswalk replacement, sod, tree/shrubbery, and miscellaneous restoration. Work shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, unless specified otherwise, to complete the work as specified and in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
