EXTRA-72007 - USA (Cathedral, California) - Comprehensive Safety Action Plan, ADA Transition Plan and Safe Route Service - Deadline July 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive safety action plan, ADA transition plan and safe route service to the government authority located in Cathedral, CA. – The Consultant shall manage all aspects of project execution, including schedule, budget tracking, coordination with agency staff, and quality assurance.• Conduct a project kickoff meeting and establish communication protocols• Provide ongoing coordination with agency staff and technical stakeholders• Facilitate progress meetings throughout the project duration• Maintain project schedule, milestones, and deliverable tracking• Prepare meeting summaries, action items, and progress updates• Establish a committee to perform community outreach to discover citizen’s concerns and help identify evidence–based low–cost, high–impact strategies to reduce risk for all road users, with special consideration for disadvantaged communities– The Consultant shall work with agency staff, stakeholders, and community members to establish the vision, goals, objectives, and performance measures for the Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP), ADA Transition Plan, and SRTS Plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
