(1) Vendor needs to provide digital advertising service.           – To assist programs with the research of program competitors, development of brand and program–specific messaging and creative, delivering marketing campaigns across digital channels only with tracking and optimization opportunities, and reporting on program–specific campaign performance.– Provide strategic, creative, and campaign management services for program–specific digital advertising efforts.• Strategic Planning• Messaging and Creative Development• Campaign Management• Reporting and Analysis• Project Management• Data Access(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.  (3) The contract period will be three years.
