– Vendor needs to provide insurance broker services to the government authority located in Glastonbury, CT. – Provide insurance broker of record and risk management services to the town.– Evaluate existing insurance contracts and claim histories and make recommendations concerning any changes, modifications, consolidations, and/or additions in terms, conditions, and coverage limits needed to yield a comprehensive risk management program to protect the interest of the town.– Identify programs, products and insurers capable of meeting the town’s insurance needs and prepare bid specifications for markets capable of quoting for upcoming renewals.– Provide information, clarification, and justification to town staff on coverage claims and questions.– Assist the town in monitoring, analyzing and processing all insurance claims and activities.
