Vendor needs to provide stand builder service in trade shows and trade event. – Construct and furnish pavilions, booths, and product showcases at various trade shows and trade events outside of the United States.• Design and construct a Food Export Pavilion that includes multiple booths of various sizes• Meeting rooms and storage area may be included in the Pavilion• A central lounge area may be designated in certain shows to welcome visitors and to conduct meetings with buyers.• Booths are typically constructed of painted wood. Other material may be presented but standard modular shell scheme walls may or may not be acceptable depending on the show.• Flooring for the entire pavilion is wood or laminated wood over a raised platform.• Food Export booths are part of the USA Pavilion, and it is highly desired that design elements for our booths are consistent with or have a cohesive look with the other exhibitors within the USA Pavilion.– The contractor must design, build, install, maintain, and dismantle trade show booths and pavilions at international exhibition venues.
