EXTRA-77718 - USA (Durham, North Carolina) - Parking Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parking equipment maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in Durham, NC. • Provide preventive maintenance, repair services, technical support, emergency response services, replacement parts support, and related lifecycle support necessary for County–owned parking access and revenue control equipment in the parking decks owned by County. • Responsible for the protection of their employees while working onsite and entering or remaining in the parking deck after hours• Keys and card access: keys and card access information required by the contractor will be furnished by the county to a designated contractor employee on a custody receipt and shall be returned to the county on demand.• Functional testing of entry, exit, payment, intercom, LPR, validation, reporting, and failsafe/fail–open functions, as applicable.• Installation of approved firmware, security patches, and software updates after testing and written County authorization• Service intake, triage, diagnostic troubleshooting, root–cause analysis, and escalation to qualified technical resources• Temporary operational workarounds when full repair cannot be completed immediately, provided the workaround does not compromise safety, security, payment integrity, or County policy • Coordination with the equipment manufacturer, software provider, payment processor, network support, car park, parker technology, and other parties when the cause crosses system or vendor boundaries.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
