(1) Vendor needs to provide fitness and strength equipment design, build and installation service to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI. • Preliminary equipment layout concepts for the Fitness Center and the two studios (typical layouts only; fully engineered plans are not required).• Recommendations for equipment categories appropriate for each space (strength, cardio, functional, group fitness).• Identification of equipment quantities that reflect typical community recreation center needs• Maintenance expectations and service needs.• Lead time expectations for ordering and delivery.• Safety and compliance standards applicable to public fitness facilities.• Upholstery and finish options suitable for high–traffic environments.• Digital or smart equipment options (if applicable), including connectivity, software, and subscription requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 2, 2026
