CONS-22706 - USA (Traverse City, Michigan) - Municipal Utility Engineering Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal utility engineering services to the government authority located in Traverse City, MI.– Assist the Director of Municipal Utilities with planning, coordination, and implementation of water and wastewater capital improvement projects.– Manage assigned engineering projects from planning through construction, including coordination with city staff, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.– Oversee and coordinate the work of engineering consultants, including monitoring schedules, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring contract compliance.– Review engineering plans, specifications, reports, permit applications, and technical documents for municipal utility projects.– Attend meetings with City staff, consultants, contractors, utility agencies, regulatory agencies, and the public as needed. Draft meeting minutes for review and distribute final minutes.– Provide technical engineering support related to water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, treatment facilities, pumping stations, and other municipal utility infrastructure.– Assist with preparation of cost estimates, technical memoranda, project schedules, and other engineering documentation.– Coordinate with City departments to facilitate project development and implementation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
