(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology services to the government authority located in California.                           – An experienced IT support practitioner, managed service provider or a nonprofit organization that can provide ongoing IT support, network administration, helpdesk, and technology planning services – Individuals, – IT Support/Managed Service Provider firms, – A nonprofit organization having an IT unit with the capacity and expertise to segregate support to provide the listed services to a separate agency.– Includes standard office workstations/laptops (5–6 stations), shared cloud file storage and email (e.g., Microsoft 365/Google Workspace), a small office network, and line–of–business applications including QuickBooks. • Helpdesk & Workstation Support• Network & Infrastructure• Security & Compliance• Application & System Support• Reporting & Technology Planning• Other Requirements(2) The contract period will be one year.
