(1) Vendor needs to provide public outreach services for measure m environmental mitigation program.– Communicating the Program’s purpose, benefits, and activities.– Supporting meaningful public participation and education.– Promoting and supporting Program activities, events, and initiatives.– Producing high–quality outreach materials and digital communications.– Providing reporting, documentation, and performance evaluation.– Outreach planning and strategy:– Plans shall include:– Target audiences and stakeholder strategies.– Outreach objectives and measurable outcomes.– Communications approaches and schedules.– Assessment of translation needs.– Budget and schedule for outreach activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026.
