(1) Vendor needs to provide community and economic development grant program service to the government authority located in Oregon. – Provide Community and Economic Development (CED) grant program provides funding to advance the work and investments of nonprofits and cities that facilitate economic development efforts to attract, expand, and support businesses, Main Streets, start–ups, and emerging entrepreneurs and developing resilient workforce.– Workforce Prosperity: Increasing employment and wages in key targeted sectors including advanced manufacturing, healthcare, food and beverage manufacturing, life sciences, technology, and wood innovation.– Innovation and Growth: Facilitating industry or business innovation, engagement or business development which may include supporting accelerators, incubators, or apprenticeship programs.– Business Assistance: Providing business technical assistance, training or support services to entrepreneurs, start–ups, and small businesses.– Downtown and Main Street Revitalization: Improving County downtowns and main streets by revitalizing physical and visual assets to create a business–friendly environment.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
