(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency management platform that includes computer servers, workstations, software licenses, integrating modules, programming, power infrastructure, technical services, graphic user interface development, and commissioning of this system.– System architecture diagrams; software configurations; databases; source code and/or configuration files; graphical user interface files; programming logic; interface control documents; API/SDK documentation; network configurations; test plans and test results; commissioning records; training materials; operations and maintenance manuals; licenses; warranties; and all other materials required to operate, maintain, modify, or expand the system.– Platform Installation and Initial Integration:– The Contractor shall install, configure, and perform acceptance testing of the redundant emergency management platform, including servers, network connections, and one (1) emergency management platform workstation.– The new emergency management platform shall be a server–based system that is able to atomically fail over from primary to the backup server when primary server fails so that business continuity is maintained, and a witness server shall be configured to support automatic failover without data loss.– The new emergency management platform servers and client computers shall be able to automatically recover from unexpected power failures, network failures, or both.– Functions that can remotely deactivate fire alarm devices individually or per service group– Alarm notifications via emails and/or text messages. Create custom extended messages.(2) A Pre–Proposal Conference will be held on September 10, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
